“Beyond Learned Helplessness: Effective Advocacy for Survivors of Domestic Violence,” co-authored by Attorneys Jennifer M. Norris and Eliza J. Minsch, was published in the Massachusetts Lawyers Journal in May, 2015. Eliza and Jennifer, who both have a deep commitment to combating domestic violence, wrote the article to bring attention to this important issue and share tips with attorneys representing domestic violence survivors. The article has been very well received by colleagues and clients.
